Title:  On Site Procurement Officer

The Company

OFC, a joint venture between Motor Oil (Hellas) Corinth Refineries S.A., AVIN OIL S.A., Skytanking NV, and Hansaconsult GmbH, is considered one of the high-standard aviation fuel supply facilities in Europe.

Starting with the role:

The On Site Procurement Officer is responsible for managing the on-site procurement process to ensure timely and specification-compliant delivery of materials and services.

During your day you will:

• Executes day-to-day procurement based on approved requisitions from site teams and under the guidance of the Head of Procurement
• Coordinates material deliveries with On Site and Warehouse Administrators and Site Engineers
• Ensures that purchased items meet technical specifications and certifications
• Collects and submits supplier offers for local or urgent items
• Tracks and confirms delivery schedules for site-critical materials
• Maintains purchase documentation, Goods Received Notes, and vendor communication logs
• Communicates shortages, delays, or quality issues to Head of Procurement and Site Engineers

What you need to stand out:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the industry
• Familiarity with common tools and processes used in the industry
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle assigned tasks reliably
