Title:  Automation & Control Systems Engineer

Motor Oil Hellas (MOH) Refinery is located in Agioi Theodoroi, Corinth, about 70 km from the center of Athens. The Refinery with its ancillary plants and fuel distribution facilities forms the largest privately-owned industrial complex in Greece and is considered one of the most modern refineries in Europe. Currently, we are seeking to hire a Automation & Control System Engineer  for MOH’s Refinery in Agioi Theodoroi, Corinth.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain operating systems, network security, and automation processes.
• Oversee system architecture (OT), software installation, and IT/OT integration.
• Drive automation, cybersecurity, and backup management.
• Collaborate with internal teams & external vendors to deliver high-performing solutions.
• Research and implement the latest technologies to optimize system performance.

Main Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
• Expertise in networking (IPv4, firewalls, HA architecture) and automation scripting.
• Experience with Windows servers, virtualization, cybersecurity, and system monitoring.
• Fluent in English (C2 level) with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certifications in Project Management, CyberSecurity, VMware, Cisco, or Microsoft Active Directory are a plus.
