Title:  Operations Technology Technician

Motor Oil Hellas (MOH) Refinery is located in Agioi Theodoroi, Corinth, about 70 km from the center of Athens. The Refinery with its ancillary plants and fuel distribution facilities forms the largest privately-owned industrial complex in Greece and is considered one of the most modern refineries in Europe. Currently, we are seeking to hire a Operations Technology Technician for MOH’s Refinery in Agioi Theodoroi, Corinth.

Main Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and OT systems.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure security compliance.
• Support Active Directory administration, VMware ESXi, and virtualization.
• Oversee system-wide backups and disaster recovery management.
• Work with internal and external teams to implement IT/OT security policies.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support for OT systems

Main Qualifications:

•  Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
•  Three years experience in Windows environments, networking, and security.
•  Knowledge of server virtualization, routing, switching, and SQL basics.
•  Fluent in English with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•  Certifications in VMware, Cisco, or Microsoft Active Directory are a plus
