Starting with the role:

During your day you will:
- Visit the facilities of the Distributor (Retail store & warehouse) in a timely manner, providing guidance in optimizing sales performance and upgrading current product mix. Where necessary, accompanies and supports the Distributor in visits to its customers.
- Agree with each Distributor the yearly Budget, Targets and Rebates and provides the proper follow-up, as well as possible corrective actions for its achievement.
- Collect and compare market prices, share intelligence and propose adjustments, promos and/or other marketing actions.
- Guide and support the Distributor in terms of growth in volumes and profitability, implementation of marketing initiatives and actions, as well as training its sales personnel.
- Agree with each Distributor its Payment days, depending on its actual cash flows and the nature of its customer base.
- Present to the internal hierarchy the Sales Results in a monthly basis and propose the proper justified actions in order to upgrade results in terms of volumes, margin and product mix, always targeting the increase of high-tier products.
- Review daily via SAP, sales and orders of its customer portfolio.
- Implement and support sustainable practices to minimize environmental impact and uphold safety protocols to prevent accidents and incidents.
What you need to stand out:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business or other related field
- Master’s degree in related fields will be considered an asset
- At least 3 years’ experience at an account manager position
- Proficient in all MS Office software especially Word, Excel, Power Point
- Fluency in English and Greek (verbal & written)
- Leadership skills
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
- Negotiation skills
