Starting with the role:
Currently, we are searching for a Customer & Sales Support Administrator to join our team in Aspropyrgos!
During your day you will:
- Provide call center and customer support, handling inbound calls and emails related to services, orders, inquiries, claims, and customer needs.
- Support Sales and Operations teams by executing administrative tasks including Purchase Orders, travel coordination, correspondence, filing, and document archiving
- Monitor and improve customer request response times, ensuring timely and accurate handling of daily requests.
- Support sales initiatives by preparing quotations, tracking opportunities, assisting Account Managers (AMs), and coordinating with scheduling and operations teams.
- Track and maintain customer pricing policies, ensuring accurate calculation, correct application, and alignment with contractual terms, while supporting internal reporting and financial reconciliation.
- Manage and maintain CRM and ERP systems, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates (e.g., Call Me, Cytop databases).
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visual data tools to monitor sales and operational KPIs, providing actionable insights to sales and management teams.
- Monitor and follow up on service complaints, missed collections, and operational issues, ensuring resolution, documentation, and feedback to internal teams to support service quality improvement.
- Assist with contract administration, including service amendments, renewals, and coordination of signed documents.
What you need to stand out:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sustainability, Circular Economy or other related field
- 2-3 years’ experience at a relevant position
- Strong working knowledge in MS Office
- Knowledge on circular economy
- Verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English
- Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Team spirit
- Ability to collect, consolidate, and clean data from multiple sources.
- Ability to generate sales reports and operational dashboards
- Display excellent troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills.
