Starting with the role:

Currently, we are searching to hire a Head of Supply.

During your day you will:

•    Conduct market research to identify business opportunities in the field of raw material supply and provide proposals to management 
•    Evaluate potential partnership opportunities, develop approach strategies and foster collaboration with prospective partners, in collaboration with management
•    Assess suppliers, proceed with contracts’ negotiations and build strong relationships to ensure reliable raw material supply and favorable terms 
•    Manage and handle contracts with suppliers
•    Monitor and analyze inventory levels, identifying potential supply chain risks and opportunities 
•    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the waste lubes oils regulatory framework, compliance standards, and environmental policies
•    Collaborate with public authorities and professional chambers
•    Coordinate cross-border transfers while providing guidance and managing import and discharge processes
•    Prepare annual imports’ budget and proposes to management and provide weekly and monthly reporting on performance 

What you need to stand out:

•    University Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
•    Master’s degree will be considered an asset
•    At least 5 years of experience in relevant field
•    Knowledge of the circular economy 
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and particularly in Excel
•    Verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English
