Starting with the role:
Currently we are seeking to hire a Head of Technical Team, to coordinate all technical works with the support of the Depot Manager, to set up expectations and formulate a plan to deliver and to maintain all equipment in the Plant in good working condition, including routine inspections and maintenance.
The job is based at the industrial facilities of Coral Gas in Aspropyrgos.
Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες Ρόλου
During your day you will:
- Coordinate and review planned and ad-hoc maintenance program and any changes to procedures
- Ensure all appropriate records are updated
- Need to make sure that all damages at the Plant are recorded and to reported them to the Depot Manager
- Adhere to HSSE Policies and guidelines and safe working practices
- Prepare Technical specifications of Capex and Opex technical works, order material and equipment, evaluate bids, supervise safe and in-budget execution of works, perform projects acceptance, evaluate external technical teams
- Perform technical training to staff and contractors
- Ensure delivery against the financial budget
- Ensure that blue collar staff are competent and well trained for their duties and emergency responses
- Coordinate ISO 14001
- Supervise Warehouse coordinator on RT subjects
Κύρια Προσόντα
What you need to stand out:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- MBA or additional relevant studies will be considered a plus
- At least 3 years of experience in maintenance and engineering management in industry
- Excellent command of the Greek and English language (oral and written)
- Good knowledge of Autocad
- Proficient use of MS Office tools
