Starting with the role:

We are currently seeking to hire a Production Planner Associate, based in Aspropyrgos.

During your day you will:

• Act as the main Production and Material Planner for the Grease Production Unit and support the Lubes Production Planner

• Serve as the backup Production Planner for the Lubes Unit during the absence of the main planner

• Manage plant orders and adjust the Grease Production Program (daily/weekly) to meet business needs and ensure stock replenishment

• Oversee raw material availability for Grease production and place orders for required materials and products

• Issue production orders (bulk & packed) in the ERP system

• Evaluate and define safety stock levels for raw materials and finished products on a semi-annual basis

• Contribute to productivity improvement initiatives and minimize downtime related to material planning and supply

• Participate in departmental projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and operational effectiveness

What you need to stand out:

• Degree (ATEI) in Mechanical, Production, Chemical Engineering or other science-related field (preferred), or Degree in Economics/Finance

• Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial production or a similar role

• Knowledge of ERP and MRP systems

• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

• Team-oriented mindset with strong efficiency, commitment, and ability to work under pressure
