Job Description

LPC S.A. part of the Motor Oil Group of Companies, is active in the industrial production of base lubricants, the production and trade of packaged lubricant products as well as in the trade of paraffin and other petroleum products.

Currently, we are searching to hire a Project Engineer (Blending – Packaging), to provide with technical support the Refinery’s Blending – Packaging section

Main Responsibilities

• Participates in the designing, scheduling and monitoring of projects related to the Blending – Packaging section
• Prepares the technical requirements for the projects and the related equipment procurement, including the assessment of financial and technical offers
• Applies and monitors the QHSSE regulations for related Blending – Packaging projects
• Participates in the organization, supervision and monitoring of the maintenance activities for fire-protection equipment
• Participates in the scheduling and monitoring of Blending – Packaging section shut down activities
• Participates in the organization, scheduling and implementation of supervision activities for the section’s equipment
• Updates of the Process & Instrument Drawings (P&IDs) of the Blending – Packaging facilities
• Provides improvement recommendations and solutions on technical problems regarding the operations of the section
• Participates in research programs regarding new technologies development in the area of responsibility

Main Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Production/ Chemical Engineering or other related discipline
• Master’s degree will be considered as an asset
• 3 years previous experience on industrial production, preferably at a Refinery
• Working experience on MRP systems
• Proficient use of MS Office tools
• Strong communication skills both in Greek and English
