Starting with the role:
Currently we are searching to hire a QHSSE Specialist who will be responsible for conducting QHSSE walkthroughs/ inspections, monitoring and collecting data on QHSSE KPIs, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and enhancing QHSSE awareness through training.
Αρμοδιότητες ρόλου
During your day you will:
- Collect, analyze, monitor and report, QHSSE data/ KPIs to monitor compliance, safety incidents, environmental impact, and overall QHSSE performance.
- Conduct routine walkthroughs and inspections to assess compliance with QHSSE policies and strategies, identify potential hazards, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Communicate all the required data and KPIs to LPC’s Marketing Department for the Sustainability report.
- Prepare and maintain all the required documentation for relevant standards (ISO9001/ISO14001/ISO45001/ISO50001), internal audits and internal projects.
- Implement QHSSE and ISO initial and periodical trainings to all employees, contractors, and site visitors.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with QHSSE related laws and legislations and stay updated on regulatory changes.
- Be responsible for the inbound and outbound inventory of PPE and for communicating relevant needs to be procured.
- Manage and update the QHSSE SharePoint site and online training tools.
Βασικά Χαρακτηριστικά Ρόλου
What you need to stand out:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in QHSSE in a manufacturing environment
- Good knowledge of quality control methodologies and practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project and Autocad
- Excellent command of the Greek and English language (oral and written)
