The Company

LPC, member of Motor Oil Group, is active in the industrial production of base lubricants, the production and trade of packaged lubricant products as well as in the trade of paraffin and other petroleum products. Starting with the role:

We are currently seeking to hire a Sales Support professional on a one-year contract to join our Sales Department! 

The position is located at Aspropyrgos.

During your day you will:

  • Manage sales orders, logistic arrangements, and communication with agents and partners

  • Maintain and update sales records, monitor customer ordering, and highlight potential issues

  • Review and approve customer pricing requests in line with company policies, market conditions, and margin targets

  • Maintain and update the monthly Marine price list

  • Act on behalf of the Account Manager, preparing and providing quotations during their absence

  • Track and manage customer rebate schemes, ensuring accurate calculations and timely application

  • Improve customer response rates and handle daily client requests efficiently

  • Monitor customer credit behavior and support timely payments and credit processes

  • Support logistics coordination, ensuring effective internal and external communication

  • Maintain and update business records and internal documentation to support reporting and planning activities

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), including DSO, weekly sales records, response times, and internal projects (e.g., SAP upgrades)

What you need to stand out:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Economics or a related field

  • 1-4 years of experience in roles related to sales, logistics, or customer management

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)

  • Good understanding of payment and credit control processes

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal

  • Strong communication, time management, and team collaboration skills
