Starting with the role:
Currently we are seeking to hire a Scheduling & Inventory Controller to join our team.
During your day you will:
• Manage the export orders for packaged lubricants, ensuring smooth execution and monitoring of all related processes from order receipt to final delivery to the customer.
• Plan and optimize transportation activities for road and sea shipments, aiming to achieve cost efficiency, high service levels, and effective utilization of available resources.
• Coordinate collaboration between production, warehouse, transportation, and external partners to ensure timely product availability, loading, and delivery.
• Manage relationships with transport companies, shipping lines, and 3PL providers, with a focus on service quality and transportation cost optimization.
• Oversee and ensure the proper execution of export and customs procedures in compliance with applicable regulatory and operational requirements.
• Monitor export operations performance through reports, KPIs, and MIS tools to identify improvement opportunities and enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality (HSSE) policies across all activities related to the management and distribution of export orders.
What you need to stand out:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or other related field
- At least 2-3 years’ experience at a relevant position
- Strong working knowledge on SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English and Greek (verbal & written)
- Analytical & communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Team spirit
