Starting with the role:

Currently we are searching to hire a Senior Ad-Blue Production Technical Operator.

The purpose of the role is the assurance of Ad-Blue production schedule proper execution, according to company’s requirements and quality standards.

During your day you will:

• Handle and adjust the Ad-Blue Production Unit equipment and its auxiliary facilities (Reverse Osmosis, Heat pump, packaging machines)
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Foreman for the pick up of raw materials and delivery of the finished products
• Load the raw materials for Ad-Blue production
• Manage the production process and adjust the conditions according to the production schedule, through PLC automation
• Record the local indications for critical parameters of the production process and perform any necessary amendments, in cooperation with the production responsible person
• Identify and provide solutions on any problems that arise during the production process
• Perform the required sampling in process steps
• Perform any routine activities related to the equipment (e.g. filter cleaning, maintenance)
• Provide guidance to the Ad-Blue Packaging Technical Operator according to packing needs and scheduling

What you need to stand out:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or science related field (preferably)
• Minimum 3 years of experience on industrial production
• Sound knowledge of industrial automation and operations of supporting industrial equipment
• ERP knowledge
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Good knowledge of English
