Title:  Project Manager

The Company

OFC is a joint venture between Motor Oil (Hellas) Corinth Refineries S.A., AVIN OIL S.A., Skytanking NV, and Hansaconsult GmbH. OFC is also among Europe's high-standard aviation fuel supply facilities.

Starting with the role:

Currently we are searching to hire a Project Manager ,to join our team at OFC TECHNICAL S.A, a subsidiary of OFC, to be responsible for overall planning, coordination, and control of construction projects from inception to completion to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The role exists to provide leadership and strategic direction to project teams and ensure successful project delivery aligned with company goals.

The job is based at Kastelli in Crete.

During your day you will:

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate between all project stakeholders including site teams, subcontractors, clients, and authorities
• Oversees procurement and resource allocation to ensure project requirements are met efficiently
• Monitor project progress, identifies risks, and implements mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
• Reviews and approve project deliverables, including reports, plans, and documentation
• Lead project meetings and communicate updates to senior management and clients
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle

What you need to stand out:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• At least 8 years professional experience at Project Management in construction field, including in energy projects
• PMP or other related Certification is considered a plus
• Ability to manage technical teams of all categories
• Ensure adherence to safety and airport fuel system standards
• Excellent command of the Greek and English language (oral and written)
• Proficient use of MS Office tools
