The Company
OFC is a joint venture between Motor Oil (Hellas) Corinth Refineries S.A., AVIN OIL S.A., Skytanking NV, and Hansaconsult GmbH. OFC is also among Europe's high-standard aviation fuel supply facilities.
Starting with the role:
Currently we are searching to hire a Site Engineer ,to join our team at OFC TECHNICAL S.A, a subsidiary of OFC, to be responsible for managing the daily execution and coordination of all construction activities to ensure timely and quality delivery of hydrant fuel systems.
The job is based at Kastelli in Crete.
During your day you will:
- Coordinate and supervise all site construction activities and daily project execution
- Oversee work progress to ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards
- Manage subcontractors, resolving technical or scheduling conflicts
- Collaborate with project management to update timelines and resource plans
- Review construction drawings and provide technical clarifications to site teams
- Monitor project milestones and implement corrective actions to stay on schedule
- Lead construction coordination meetings with engineers and foremen
- Ensure proper documentation of progress and site activities
What you need to stand out:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- At least 8 years of experience in similar construction works under construction companies cooperations in head team thesis at site management
- Ability to manage technical teams of all categories
- Ensure adherence to safety and airport fuel system standards
- Excellent command of the Greek and English language (oral and written)
- Proficient use of MS Office tools
