Starting with the role:

We are searching to hire an Account Manager
Location: Thessaloniki

During your day you will:

•    Provide support, strategic guidance and coaching to dealers, in order to drive growth and profitability and enhancing Shell’s competitive position 
•    Support dealers in maximizing marketing initiatives and campaigns, while utilizing Coral’s cost volume profit analysis
•    Improve business performance through effective brand management, enhancing also customer experience and perception, aiming to boost gas station’s performance
•    Ensures that dealers implement trainings to their staff and foster their development   
•    Collaborate and contribute to project goals, driving innovation, continuous improvement, and strong team performance
•    Foster dealers and teammates performance and engagement by demonstrating the aspired group & retail behaviors and core values
•    Achieve commercial target, including fuels volumes and differentiated fuels volume
•    Support and implement strategic initiatives
•    Deliver network growth and optimization, by completing site renewals, reopening temporarily closed sites 
•    Ensure a strong HSSE culture and full compliance by delivering agreed targets, enforcing Shell’s standards

What you need to stand out:

•    University Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related discipline 
•    At least 4 years of experience in sales as an Account Manager or other similar role 
•    Proficient use of MS Office tools 
•    Fluency in English and Greek, both oral and written 
•    Travelling flexibility is required
