Currently, we are searching to hire a Terminal Manager, based in Kavala.

 

Main Responsibilities

During your day you will:

  • Lead the terminal’s activities, according to regulations and company’s procedures
  • Maintain the appropriate operational standards, ensuring compliance with the management systems, procedures, local/global standards and legislation
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as Supply and Distribution and Commercial departments
  • Promote the HSSE Culture within the terminal, ensuring the compliance with company’s HSSE standards and the legislation
  • Manage supply procedures, such as the ship dock and unload process, the truck loading and the storage operations, according to HEMP studies
  • Propose and implement terminal’s improvements, while operate Terminal Opex and Capex plans
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, including local authorities, non-government organizations
  • Check and control product volume, inflows/ outflows, following the legal requirements
  • Work actively with the terminal’s employees for their coaching and development, while participates in the attraction and selection procedures

 

 

Main Qualifications

What you need to stand out:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering
  • A Post Graduate Degree will be preferred
  • At least 5 years of working experience in petrochemical industry and logistics
  • Experience in HSSE management
  • Proficient use in MS Office
  • Excellent command of the Greek and English language (oral and written)
  • Knowledge of financial systems, preferably SAP
