Starting with the role:

We are looking for an AI Product Owner who will drive the adoption of newly developed AI solutions across the group, designs and implements AI governance and delivery frameworks, leads change-management initiatives and establishes metrics to measure the impact of AI.

During your day you will:

• Support the AI product lifecycle by coordinating initiatives, tracking progress, managing documentation and helping ensure successful delivery and adoption of AI solutions.
• Support AI initiatives by coordinating stakeholders, gathering business requirements and helping ensure the successful adoption and alignment of AI solutions with business objectives.
• Implement AI frameworks and governance, covering data management, model lifecycle, adoption and ethical guidelines.
• Drive AI adoption and change, fostering an AI-ready culture and supporting change-management initiatives.
• Monitor AI performance and impact through KPIs, dashboards and risk-adjusted metrics, driving continuous improvement.
• Promote responsible and compliant AI, ensuring fairness, privacy, transparency and adherence to relevant regulations and policies.
• Communicate AI value to stakeholders, translating complex concepts into clear business terms and presenting roadmaps, progress and performance to management.
• Coordinate AI governance activities, maintain relevant documentation, monitor adoption and performance metrics, and support reporting to management and stakeholders.

What you need to stand out:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
• MBA or postgraduate qualification with a focus on AI, digital product management, innovation, or technology strategy would be considered a strong asset.
• At least 4+ years of experience in product management, project coordination, business analysis or technology-related roles. Exposure to AI, data-driven products or digital transformation initiatives will be considered an asset.
• Proven change-management experience, including training and upskilling programs with a people-first approach to AI adoption
• Experience in large-scale organizations required
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine-learning models and data pipelines
• Experience with software development cycles, agile methodologies is required.
• Excellent communications skills both verbal and written, in Greek and English languages
•  Ability to work closely with data scientists and engineers
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills; ability to translate technical concepts into business value
