Starting with the role:

Currently, we are searching to hire a Non-Fuel (NFR) & Convenience Retail Specialist to join our AVIN Marketing & Business Development Department. The Non-Fuel & Convenience Retail Specialist role is a key driver for the achievements and success of the NFR business! 

NFR’s heart is in the convenience retail & lubricants offering at company owned retail & mobility stations.  The convenience retail CVP includes core food, coffee, car care and non-food product categories.

Location: Marousi

During your day you will:

  • Monitor daily NFR sales and conduct root cause analysis at the category and site level based on business plans and objectives.
  • Highlight best practices and propose recovery actions in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Utilize Marketing Mix Elements (category/product, pricing, placement, promos, people) to enhance performance at both customer and trade levels
  • Organize the efficient placement of new product categories or services on the RBA network, considering network segmentation based on size, equipment, location, and target market needs.
  • Coordinate the rollout and implementation of central orders to the RBA network for stock replenishment or new/seasonal category placement.
  • Conduct on-site reviews concerning shop layouts and equipment, proposing changes or additions as needed
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Engineering and the RBA Sales Team, to meet site sales performance and customer journey needs.
  • Engage with equipment and POP material suppliers to identify and propose the most suitable options for the RBA network.
  • Conduct regular market visits to identify best practices and innovations in the convenience retail business, as well as in lubricants and car wash businesses.

What you need to stand out:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master’s degree will be preferred
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Trade/Retail Marketing, Sales, Project Management roles
  • IT savviness, proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and SAP
  • Proficient in the Greek and English language (verbal and written)
  • Flexibility to travel regularly to various locations as needed.
