Currently we are searching to hire an Account Manager (Trainee) to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Serves as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Builds and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with the network of the area he supervises
  • Suggests improving actions and initiatives to maximize profits
  • Develops trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders
  • Ensures the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicates the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Suggests new business development with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecasts and track key account metrics (i.e. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepares reports on account status
  • Collaborates with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Assists with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Main Qualifications

  • University Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
  • A Post Graduate Degree will be considered a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English
  • Proficient use of MS Office tools
  • Travelling flexibility is required
