Currently we are searching to hire an Account Manager (Trainee) to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers.
Main Responsibilities
- Serves as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Builds and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with the network of the area he supervises
- Suggests improving actions and initiatives to maximize profits
- Develops trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders
- Ensures the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicates the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Suggests new business development with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Forecasts and track key account metrics (i.e. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Prepares reports on account status
- Collaborates with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
- Assists with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Main Qualifications
- University Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- A Post Graduate Degree will be considered a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English
- Proficient use of MS Office tools
- Travelling flexibility is required
