Starting with the role:
Currently we are searching to hire a B2B Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers.
During your day you will:
- Develop sales to new B2B/ industrial customers – increase pipeline
- Implement the commercial strategy to deliver growth while securing business continuity and competitiveness
- Advice on technical requirements for the suitable use of products to customers
- Perform products’ tests, in collaboration with the company's chemistry department, evaluating the results and proposing personalized solutions to customers
- Develop optimum logistics (transportation & warehousing)
- Ensure excellent QHSSE performance and legal compliance
- Ensure operational excellence, minimum customer complaints & effective resolution
- Drives direct and indirect sales, marketing, customer service and back office operations
- Maximizes cross business synergies and relationships with internal and external stakeholders
What you need to stand out:
- Degree in chemical/ mechanical engineering or other related discipline
- MBA or additional relevant studies will be considered a plus
- At least 3 years of experience in sales as an Account Manager or other related position
- Prior B2B/ Industrial sales experience will be preferred
- Fluency in English and Greek, both oral and written
- Proficient use of MS Office tools, especially Excel
- ERP knowledge will be preferred
- Travel flexibility and a driving license are required
