Starting with the role:
Currently, we are searching to hire an Accounts Payable Accountant to be responsible of timely & accurate processing of accounts payable, and assurance of fiscal compliance
During your day you will:
- Perform processing and recording of accounts payable invoices and credit notes
- Be responsible to perform timely and accurate payments of accounts payable
- Reconcile and record employee’s expenses
- Perform accounts payable reconciliation and provide relevant reporting when requested
- Facilitate internal and external audits
- Process Fixed Assets depreciation as well as the valuation of assets and liabilities to comply with the respective accounting rules
- Ensure compliance and files all accounts payable related documentation as per tax and fiscal regulation
What you need to stand out:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, business Administration or other related field
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting
- Master degree in a relevant field will be considered an asset
- Sound knowledge of retail accounting
- Fluency in English (proficiency in writing, reading, speaking)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of SAP functionalities and processes
