Starting with the role:
Currently, we are searching to hire a Brand Management Executive to join our team.
During your day you will:
• Support the managing Core Innovation’s brands in alignment with strategic guidelines
• Design and implement Brand architectures to ensure brand positioning and alignment to the brand strategy
• Perform market research and designs customer journeys to deliver consistent experience across all business lines
• Implement multi-channel marketing and campaign initiatives, including content creation for online and offline platforms
• Monitor Brand Performance, Track sales data, campaign effectiveness, market share, and competitor activities to evaluate brand health
• Support the development of pricing strategies and promotions, including pricing elasticity modeling and promotion planning
• Analyze customer data to extract insights that optimize marketing efforts and boost engagement and retention
• Prepares marketing budgets and tracks business KPIs assisting in reporting for the senior management
What you need to stand out:
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
• Master’s degree with relevant specialization would be considered a plus
• 2 years of working experience in Marketing in the retail field
• Understanding of marketing principles, including brand management and strategic positioning
• Familiarity with customer behavior analysis and utilization of customer analytics to drive marketing strategies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and particularly in Excel
• Verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English
