We are currently searching to hire a CRM/Salesforce Administrator, to join our team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Performs system administration activities related to the full lifecycle of the CRM platform, including delivery, maintenance and upgrade processes
  • Supports CRM development initiatives within the Motor Oil Group’s subsidiaries
  • Participates in user provisioning, sandbox management, source code control, security settings and other related functions
  • Contributes to the production maintenance, release maintenance, feature/bug fixes, deployment and secure operation of the platform, including any configurations to support CRM functionality
  • Collaborates with the CRM team to identify technical features, including architecture, design, integration requirements and sets up CRM integrations
  • Collaborates with external partners and monitors outsourced CRM administration projects
  • Advises end-users with issues resolution and provides recommendations for improvement, ensuring the efficiency of the overall solution
  • Collaborates with business process owners to analyze, document and translate business requirements into functional needs
  • Provides support and insights during User Acceptance Tests
  • Creates relevant CRM reports as requested

Main Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline; Master’s degree will be considered a plus
  • At least 4 years previous experience in entire CRM project lifecycle as a developer or/ and consultant, out of which 2 years in development/ configuration in Salesforce platform
  • Knowledge on Salesforce CRM core concepts, such as data model, process automation, apex, triggers, events, visual force pages, lighting components, salesforce APIs
  • Previous experience with the CRM integration with peripheral systems, preferably with SAP
  • Familiar with product development lifecycle and DevOps tools like GIT, Azure DevOps, JIRA
  • Salesforce Administration Certification is required
  • Strong communication skills both in Greek and English
