We are currently searching for a Car fleet Management Associate to join our team

Main Responsibilities

  • Supports Facilities Manager with overseeing quality services in building management
  • Coordinates the company’s vehicles fleet management and procedures
  • Keeps daily contact with drivers to ensure the smoothly execution of fleet operations and communications
  • Interacts with leasing companies and vehicle importers regarding car models, fleet policy updates, and day-to-day operations
  • Coordinates fleet’s operations, including parking space allocation, vehicle database management
  • Conducts service reviews, while takes on the services’ contract negotiations and management
  • Supports the evaluation of vendor offers, contributing to the effectiveness of day-to-day operations
  • Assists in ensuring compliance with Safety and Environmental requirements
  • Supports the Facilities Department in managing CAPEX, purchase orders and accruals related to the HR department
  • Handles cost center allocation, budgeting management and quarterly financial reporting, including accident and cost metrics, fuel consumption, and vehicle allocation
  • Prepares and creates annual purchase orders, while handles car fines
  • Evaluates and manages offers, generates reports for the Fleet Safety Committee, and handle invoice approvals

Main Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Fleet Management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Finance or other discipline
  • Proficient use of MS Office tools
  • Strong communication skills both in Greek and English
