We are currently searching for a Car fleet Management Associate to join our team
Main Responsibilities
- Supports Facilities Manager with overseeing quality services in building management
- Coordinates the company’s vehicles fleet management and procedures
- Keeps daily contact with drivers to ensure the smoothly execution of fleet operations and communications
- Interacts with leasing companies and vehicle importers regarding car models, fleet policy updates, and day-to-day operations
- Coordinates fleet’s operations, including parking space allocation, vehicle database management
- Conducts service reviews, while takes on the services’ contract negotiations and management
- Supports the evaluation of vendor offers, contributing to the effectiveness of day-to-day operations
- Assists in ensuring compliance with Safety and Environmental requirements
- Supports the Facilities Department in managing CAPEX, purchase orders and accruals related to the HR department
- Handles cost center allocation, budgeting management and quarterly financial reporting, including accident and cost metrics, fuel consumption, and vehicle allocation
- Prepares and creates annual purchase orders, while handles car fines
- Evaluates and manages offers, generates reports for the Fleet Safety Committee, and handle invoice approvals
Main Qualifications
- Previous experience in Fleet Management
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Finance or other discipline
- Proficient use of MS Office tools
- Strong communication skills both in Greek and English
