Starting with the role:

 

We are searching to hire a Cargo Operator | Supply Specialist within the Supply and Trading division of Motor Oil Group for oil related products for the domestic market.

 

During your day you will:

 

  • Prepare, monitor, execute the contracts by coordinating with clients and other stakeholders, such as the Refinery & other installations.
  • Timely and detailed oriented daily operations to secure the execution of contracts, including the relevant tasks in the company’s ERP system.
  • Schedule and monitor the supply of products in various installations by vessel/truck.
  • Constantly monitor liftings/deliveries performance, be aware of demurrage implications, delays in scheduling and investigate outturn losses.
  • Analyze the oil market trends and propose trading and tender opportunities, providing all necessary details and market specifications.
  • Prepare real time trading reporting, and monitor company’s price exposure using the company’s MI systems
  • Monitor company’s stock availability, as well as Refinery’s needs and supply pattern.

 

What you need to stand out:

 

  • Bachelor’s University degree preferably in Engineering, Finance or other numerate discipline.
  • Master’s degree in one of the abovementioned disciplines will be considered an asset.
  • At least 4 years’ experience, preferably within the oil & gas or freight transport, in roles such as trading or supply operations, risk and market analysis.
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of risk management techniques and tools will be a plus.
