Starting with the role:
Currently we are seeking to hire a Collections Administrator to join our team.
During your day you will:
- Manage and execute internal tasks (Sap, Opencomm, Sales Force, Thalis, EDA THES/ATT,).
- Communicate with network managers to ensure accurate and timely implementation of requests (Thalis, EDA THES/ATT).
- Activate and monitor internal customer communication Portfolios.
- Act as the focal point of contact with external partners for their request in SAP.
- Provide feedback to both internal and external supervisors regarding any issues or challenges
- Follow and comply with all aspects of the department’s work procedures and policies.
- Take over new commers training.
- Effectively handle both inbound and outbound calls (special cases)
- Properly update customers’ files and log appropriate information into the computer system.
What you need to stand out:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other relevant field
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
- Fluency in English and Greek (verbal & written).
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Familiarity with systems
- Critical Thinking
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player and a customer-oriented culture
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
