Starting with the role:

Currently we are searching for a Construction Project Manager to assure the proper functionality & layout of work facilities and handle the maintenance, construction, relocation, waste management and cleaning requests.

During your day you will:

• Handle, plan, coordinate & monitor requests and provide issues resolution (including on-site visits)
• Communicate, manage relationship and build rapport with vendors for the provision of the aforementioned services
• Plan, propose and coordinates offices redesign, renovation and spatial planning projects, including negotiations and cooperation with vendors
• Provide requirements to Procurement and oversee the bidding process for facilities related contracts regarding the buildings under his responsibility and monitors contracts implementation
• Support monitoring of facilities to ensure they meet regulations and environmental, health and security (QHSSE) standards and advise accordingly
• Provide consultation on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Support preparation and monitoring of the offices’ budget per company
• Provide relevant reporting where required

What you need to stand out:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil , Electrical ,Mechanical Engineering or other related field
• Ability to evaluate and analyze contracts
• Proven experience in Project Management
• Excellent command of the Greek and English language (oral and written)
• Good knowledge of AUTOCAD
• Proficient use of MS Office tools.
• Project Management Certification will be highly considered as a plus
