Job Description


Coral S.A., part of the Motor Oil Group, is operating under the Shell trademark with 800 retail stations, being a leader in the Greek market. The company’s main activities involve the distribution and marketing of a wide range of oil products, including gasoline, fuel oil, diesel and lubricants through its retail network. Its activities also cover industrial and commercial sectors, marine and chemicals. We are searching to hire an experienced Account Manager for South Greece, based in Athens.

Main Responsibilities


  • Leads and accelerates the company’s sales plan implementation in his field of action
  • Creates new sales opportunities for clients in order to achieve the assigned targets
  • Generates and renews contracts with clients, proposing managing plans for client’s revenue growth
  • Promotes the company’s offering to existing / new clients by cross and upselling the full spectrum of firm’s products
  • Evaluates the clients’ performance and organizes training sessions, according to the company’s guidelines
  • Develops and maintains a strong HSSE culture within his geographical area
  • Monitors competition and market development in the related sectors
  • Builds and maintains relationships with new and existing clients, through regular and effective communication
  • Performs cost-benefit analysis of existing and potential customers
  • Creates sales reports and recommends improvements / adjustments of the company’s action plan

Main Qualifications


  • University Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related discipline
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales as an Account Manager or other similar role
  • Proficient use of MS Office tools
  • Fluency in English and Greek, both oral and written
  • Travelling flexibility is required
