Starting with the role:

Currently we are searching to hire a Customer Service Associate to join our team in Athens.

During your day you will:

  • Provide inbound telephone support and written customer communication (email & Indice platform,social media), ensuring prompt and professional handling of driver inquiries and requests
  • Support the E-Mobility (CS) Partners Management Supervisor on managing Third – Party operations to ensure high quality customer service
  • Manage RFID card lifecycle processes, including driver data registration, address confirmation, card packaging, and shipment preparation
  • Handle customer requests related to the sale of e-mobility equipment and services, ensuring accurate capture and documentation of customer needs
  • Create and maintain cases in the CRM system, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and proper categorization of all customer interactions
  • Route and coordinate customer requests to the appropriate internal stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
  • Support overall service quality by ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timely execution across all customer service and operational processes
  • Actively participate in QA and UAT processes for platform updates and new implementations

What you need to stand out:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications or other related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of previous experience in customer service, call center, or operational support roles
  • Basic understanding of customer service principles and service quality standards
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and case management processes
  • Very good use of MS Office tools
  • General knowledge of e-mobility services and products will be considered an asset
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with customer-oriented mindset
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Team playing approach and ability to cooperate with various stakeholders from all the hierarchical levels
  • Work effectively under pressure
  • Ability to follow procedures and work within defined guidelines
