Starting with the role:
Currently we are searching to hire a Customer Support Agent.
During your day you will:
- Customer queries’ response in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
- Customer needs identification and specific solutions proposal
- CRM logging of customer queries
What you need to stand out:
- University Degree in Business Administration or other relevant field
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience on a relevant position
- Prior experience on energy sector will be preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English
