Starting with the role:
Currently, we are searching to hire a Digital Content Specialist responsible for the e-commerce new business and revenue maximization through digital content creation & curation.
During your day you will:
- Monitors shopping behavior across websites and apps, proposes and implements enhancements that ease the user journey and improve conversions, in collaboration with agencies, development and IT teams
- Engages and coordinates marketing and design partners to deliver high-quality content that follows channel best practices and brand voice
- Manages and optimizes content per page type (homepage, landing pages, PLP, PDP, checkout etc.) and digital channels (email, SEM, SoMe)
- Analyses, reports and updates traffic pages (i.e. homepage, category page)
- Coordinates the rollout of campaign landing pages calendar
- Actively participates in the QA/UATs processes for platform implementations
- Performs CMS tasks and initiatives, collaborating closely with other internal teams such as product, operations and IT
- Monitors competition activities and stays up to date with digital marketing content, SEO and UX trends and best practices to continually improve strategies and tactics
- Proposes content initiatives and content strategy in digital marketing campaigns, new digital content tools, and community-related actions.
What you need to stand out:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other related field
- Master’s degree on Digital Marketing or other related field
- At least 3 years’ experience on digital content and/or digital marketing roles for E-commerce retail
- Hands-on experience of an e-Commerce platform (i.e. Shopify Plus, PrestaShop, Netvolution or any other CMS)
- Knowledge of analytical tools for performance measurement (i.e. Google Analytics) will be considered as an asset
- IT literacy and excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Fluency in English and Greek, both oral and written
