Starting with the role:

Currently we are searching to hire an innovative and results-driven e-Mobility Project Coordinator with a passion for project delivery, service optimization, and creating value through data-driven decision making to join our team in Athens.

During your day you will:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of eMobility projects, coordinating internal teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Manage the launch of new eMobility services and functionalities by defining requirements, coordinating development activities, completing testing, and ensuring operational readiness prior to go-live
  • Support the successful expansion of eMobility operations in new markets and business ventures, including activities related to charger integration, customer billing, taxation requirements, and regulatory compliance
  • Develop project performance reporting, business cases, and decision-support analyses by evaluating project KPIs, implementation progress, costs, risks, and operational impacts
  • Drive post-launch optimization activities by monitoring service performance, gathering stakeholder feedback, coordinating corrective actions, and identifying opportunities for enhancement

What you need to stand out:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Management or other related field
  • MBA or Master’s Degree in the aforementioned disciplines will be considered an asset
  • Understanding of new energy technologies
  • Proficient in the Greek and English language (verbal and written)
  • Flexibility and adaptability to new business culture
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Project Management Skills
  • Analytical Skills
