Starting with the role:

Currently we are searching for a ESG Analyst to plan and coordinate the collection of ESG data for reporting, ensure adherence to international standards and guidelines, review, analyze ESG data, metrics and KPIs and create relevant reports.

During your day you will:

  • Assist in the Planning & coordination of the ESG data collection process for Quantitative and Qualitative mandatory and voluntary reporting Disclosures using internationally recognized standards, guidelines and ESG ratings (Reporting Standards: GRI, ESRS etc./Frameworks: TCFD, TNFD, SASB etc./Rating Agencies: ECOVADIS, S&P, CDP, ISS etc./Stakeholders’ ESG Questionnaires)
  • Collect, monitor and verify the calculation of ESG data, metrics and KPIs for reporting purposes
  • Be responsible to maintain, operate and monitor the ESG data collection tool used for the sustainability reporting systematically and respond to stakeholders’ questionnaires, other ESG standards and ESG ratings
  • Communicate and cooperate across the Group with all the responsible general divisions, departments and the ESG focal points of the subsidiaries to collect all available data in order to ensure that the sustainability report and disclosures are being timely prepared
  • Support the analysis and benchmarking of ESG initiatives across peers using various tools and methods, such as Excel, Power BI etc. and prepare ad-hoc analysis and reports
  • Provide administrative support for the Publication of the Annual Sustainability Reports

What you need to stand out:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, engineering, social sciences, or other related fields  
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field will be considered a plus
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in data analysis, reporting, or consulting
  • Experience in ESG related matters and projects will be considered a plus
  • Excellent command of the Greek and English language (oral and written)
  • Proficient use of MS Office tools
  • Familiarity with ESG data platforms and tools, such as Bloomberg, MSCI, Sustainalytics, etc. will be considered a plus
