Currently, we are searching to hire an External Call Center Account Manager to join our team!

Main Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and Development of various Telesales Networks
  • Negotiations with partners for commission policy vs sales performance
  • Achieve territory’s Sales targets
  • Maximization through properly controlled and managed customer P&L, in line with Company’s strategy and plan
  • Management of existing partners in the daily requests of the project
  • Daily implementation with network partners on
    • Training or retraining in the field, in sales and process matters
    • Field sales support, coaching, side by side etc
    • Ensuring and following the correct policies and procedures of the company
  • Develop and promote sales reports
  • Direct report to Head of Telesales
  • Compelling partner and customer propositions that unlock growth opportunities and maximize sustainable profit delivery
  • Detailed tracking and analysis of financial performance which ensures that targets are successfully reached
  • Identify the opportunity to create value for our partners and our customers

Main Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or commercial-oriented field
  • At least 3 years relative experience in a similar position in the sales field
  • Professional experience in telesales activities will be considered an asset
  • Very good working knowledge on Microsoft Office Suite
  • Sufficient knowledge of CRM platforms
  • Proficient in the Greek language
  • Very good knowledge of the English language
  • Availability for professional travelling within the Greek territory
