Starting with the role:

Currently we are searching for a Facilities Operations & Maintenance Supervisor to oversee facilities operations and handle real estate operational matters to ensure functionality, compliance, and business continuity across all buildings.

 

During your day you will:

  • Oversee all facilities-related service contracts (maintenance, cleaning, sanitation, and hygiene supplies), ensuring they fully support the operational needs of all buildings in scope and are executed to the required standards/ QHSSE
  • Implement and monitor preventive maintenance and cleaning schedules, while managing team responses to both scheduled tasks and emergency maintenance calls to ensure optimal functionality, appearance and business continuity
  • Ensure all facilities-related assets and equipment are properly tracked, maintained, and documented, supporting inventory accuracy and lifecycle management in alignment with operational requirements
  • Manage the facilities e-ticketing system, tracking incoming requests (maintenance, cleaning, furniture), prioritizing issues, allocating tasks to internal teams or vendors, and ensuring timely resolution
  • Act as the main liaison for all facility focal points, directly managing building managers and maintaining effective communication between internal stakeholders and external service providers
  • Handle all real estate operational aspects, including lease agreements, rent payments, landlord communications, and property-related issue resolution, ensuring compliance and alignment with company standards

What you need to stand out:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical ,Mechanical Engineering or other related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in Facilities Management
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business or other related field will be considered as a plus
  • Excellent command of the Greek and English language (oral and written)
  • Strong knowledge in AutoCAD
  • Proficient use of MS Office tools
