Starting with the role:

We are currently searching to hire a Facilities Services Administrator 

During your day you will:

  • Be responsible for the administration, controlling and filing/ archiving of all documentation regarding facilities management including: 
  1. Contracts 
  2. Invoices 
  3. Purchase orders 
  4. Certificates 
  5. Permits 
  • Provide administrative support where required 
  • Confirm completion of time-sensitive work and supporting documentation 
  • Manage confidentiality of information 
  • Support preparation of requested reports

What you need to stand out:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or other related field 
  • 1 year of experience in an administrative role in a large company  
  • SAP knowledge 
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)  
  • Full proficiency in English  
  • Organizational skills  
  • Time management skills 
  • Presentation skills  
  • Team spirit
