Starting with the role:

 

Currently, we are searching to hire a Financial Analyst who will be responsible for performing budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities through data preparation, reporting, modelling assistance, and KPI and cash flow monitoring under the guidance of senior team members. 

 

During your day you will:

 

· Prepare components of the Budget and financial forecasts, collaborate with internal stakeholders and support the consolidation process.

· Analyze business performance and variances, prepare periodical financial and operational reports and highlight key trends, risks, and opportunities.

· Support the development of financial models and investment analyses under the guidance of senior team members.

· Assist in cash flow planning and working capital monitoring, ensuring timely identification of issues that may impact liquidity.

· Collect, validate, and interpret data from ERP and reporting systems (SAC, BW) to support management reporting and decision-making.

· Monitor defined KPIs and prepare summary insights for review by the Senior Financial Analyst and management.

· Conduct research on market trends and competitors, preparing structured analyses and presentations for MORE’s leadership team.

· Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support operational and strategic initiatives.

What you need to stand out:

 

· Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration

· Master’s degree in a related field is considered a plus

· ACCA / CFA fully / partly completed is desirable

· 3-5 years of Experience in Corporate Finance Functions

· Strong background in financial analysis, reporting and budgeting

· Familiarity with financial modelling

· Experience in SAP environment

· Experience in SAC would be considered an asset

· Microsoft Office Suite, especially versed in Excel

· Excellent command of the Greek and English language (oral and written)
