Starting with the role:

Currently, we are searching to hire a Head of B2B Sales who will be responsible for the development of the B2B Sales Section, including driving sales and account management for B2B clients, shaping & developing new B2B offerings, as well as overseeing smooth operations for B2B products/services.

During your day you will:

  • Be responsible for the B2B Sales Section’s operations and budget, including developing growth strategies across its product/service portfolio, ensuring alignment with company goals and oversee their implementation.
  • Drive sales performance in the B2B market by building and maintaining strong relationships with B2B clients and identifying new client opportunities.
  • Propose new business opportunities to leadership and drive the development of new B2B offerings based on market demand and client needs through collaboration with the buying team.
  • Provide input into B2B marketing strategy (incl. pricing) and drives implementation of relevant marketing guidelines and branding concepts by the B2B Section.
  • Oversee B2B operations/ aftersales support, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and industry standards and oversees collaboration with the logistics team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and mentor the B2B sales team by setting clear goals and providing regular feedback to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture. 
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to B2B sales and oversee the preparation of reports on the business line performance to leadership. 

What you need to stand out:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or equivalent
  • MBA or master’s degree with relevant specialization would be considered a plus.
  • At least 8 years of experience in the wholesale business in a leading position.
  • Strong background in wholesale sales and operations, preferably in a leadership role, with a deep understanding of customer behavior, market dynamics, and industry trends.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability via account management strategies.
  • Excellent communications skills both verbal and written, in Greek and English languages.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
