Starting with the role:
Currently we are seeking to hire a Head of HR Operations to join our team.
During your day you will:
- Oversee personnel administration processes and data-entry processes in HR systems (SAP HCM, Pylon) on a daily basis
- Review and participate in the creation, implementation, and monitoring of HR processes and databases (e.g., ERGANI)
- Evaluate and propose enhancements in existing HR-IT systems, to improve data accuracy and utility for HR functions and reporting (e.g., SAP, SAP BW)
- Lead the digitalization of current & new HR processes to improve productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness
- Provide advice in various ad – hoc projects / needs and participate in the creation of meaningful, accurate, and efficient people related reporting
- Collaborate with HR Managers and stakeholders to ensure seamless cooperation and proactively resolve issues
- Lead the HR Ops Team by providing mentorship and fostering professional growth to enhance team performance and accountability
What you need to stand out:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Studies, Engineering or other relevant discipline
- Master’s degree, in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related degree will be considered an asset
- Minimum of 8 years of working experience in HR Operations, HR Consulting, Business Analytics or other HR related position (preferably managerial)
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and data analytics (SAP, BW, Success Factors, Epsilon Net Pylon etc.)
- Proven experience managing vendor relationships (stakeholder management)
- Advanced MS Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Fluency in English and Greek (verbal & written)
