Starting with the role:
We are looking for a Head of Internal Audit - Technology & Data who will focus on providing risk-based technology (ΙΤ/ΟΤ) and data related assurance services at MOH Group level as well as at its subsidiaries and affiliates companies. The role reports to the Chief Audit Executive.
During your day you will:
- Oversee internal audit projects from an end-to-end perspective, focusing on risks related to technology, cybersecurity, and data privacy, while adhering to the Group Internal Audit mandate and global standards.
- Lead data analytics projects as part of integrated internal audits or ongoing monitoring and auditing programs.
- Lead the Technology and Data internal audit team, guiding and reviewing their work to ensure quality, timely results, and compliance with professional standards.
- Recommend value-adding remediation actions to reduce risks and verify their effective implementation through follow-up reviews.
- Actively participate in the periodic internal audit risk assessment and the development of the annual internal audit plan, with responsibility for overseeing all technological areas involved.
- Participate in special assignments (e.g. advisory, fact-finding reviews, etc.) as deemed necessary by Management and the Audit Committee.
- Be responsible for building business relationships with appropriate levels of Business and IT Management to add value to the Organization through identifying risks and recommending improvements to the internal controls.
- Proactively stay up to date with IT/OT emerging risks and best practices understanding how these can affect and better support the business and the industries that the Group operates.
What you need to stand out:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Science & Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Technology, Business Administration or a related field is considered an asset.
- Minimum eight (8) years of relevant experience in assurance or consulting, internal audit or information security, including at least four (4) years as team leader, and significant expertise in technology audits and/ or data assurance projects
- Proficient in auditing or security hardening IT/ OT infrastructure (cloud, on-premises), network, databases and/ or SAP systems is required.
- Hold one or more of these certifications: CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC or CIA.
- Experience in Oil and Gas, Energy, or Manufacturing business processes and/or technology environments is an asset.
- Strong understanding of Global Internal Audit Standards, Cybersecurity and Data Privacy legislation, IT management frameworks, and best practices
- Leadership and people management skills
- Proficient in both verbal and written Greek and English, with the ability to communicate clearly from technical as well as business perspectives across different levels of an organization.
- Strong project and time management skills
