Starting with the role:

Currently we are searching to hire the Head of NFR to be responsible for the flawless operation and further growth of Non-Fuel Retail Business (Convenience Retail, Coffee, Car Wash, Lubricants, Car Care, Non-Food, Rest Services) and to bring and lead new proposals and innovative projects that are related to the RBA network, NFR operations and new business activities that create impact and value for the business.

During your day you will:

  • Finalize annual NFR (Carwash, Coffee, Convenience Retail, Lubes) business plans and communicate them to the Head of Marketing for review and drives targeted marketing strategies to achieve revenue and margin objectives
  • Be accountable to maximize site profitability and customer experience through optimized pricing, promotions, product placement, and strict adherence to company policies (assortment, shelf-life)
  • Continuously monitor and analyze sales data to track performance against plans, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure growth for all stakeholders.
  • Be responsible to introduce new expansion opportunities and IT integrations—from co-designing pilot programs and business cases to creating playbooks for broad-scale commercialization
  • Partner closely with retailers, vendors, and internal teams (RBA, CI) to ensure seamless alignment on business priorities and strict execution of Coral strategies
  • Lead, coach, and develop the NFR team, driving success through regular performance reviews and targeted growth opportunities

What you need to stand out:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or a related discipline
  • Master’s degree will be considered a plus
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in BD/ commercial/ project management roles
  • Experience in Retail Trade or FMCG will be an asset
  • Experience in the Fuel or Convenience retail industry is a plus
  • Ability to collaborate at a local and international level
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; critical thinking
  • Strong experience in transformational projects or automation projects
  • Good knowledge of the Convenience/ Modern Retail Trade
  • Excellent command of the Greek and English language (oral and written)        
  • Proficient use of MS Office tools
