Starting with the role:

Currently, we are searching to hire a Lawyer  to join our Team in Maroussi!

During your day you will:

 

  • Draft several legal documents (mostly of civil and penal law).
  • Prepare all types of commercial contracts with suppliers and/or customers and/or affiliated companies in Greece and/or abroad, indicatively, but not limited to, service contracts, electricity supply contracts, lease contracts, debt settlement contracts, etc.
  • Support NRG in claiming overdue amounts.
  • Contact independent authorities on various matters regarding customer legal affairs.
  • Monitor the compliance of the company with Law 4548/2018, drafting minutes of the Board of Directors & General Assembly.
  • Held research case law/legislation/providing opinions mainly in civil, commercial and energy law matters.
  • Support company in the preparation of files for the participation in public and private tenders.

What you need to stand out:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law
  • Master’s degree (LLM) will be considered an asset
  • 5-7 years of experience within law firms, or within a corporate legal department specialized in litigation, GDPR, and commercial law matters
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Fluency in English verbal and written
