We are searching to hire an M&A Expert, with main focus on Renewable Energy Sources (RES) to join the MOH Team.


The individual will be primarily responsible for the provision of potential RES M&A targets valuations and analyses and support in M&A transactions from sourcing and due diligence to deals finalization.


The position is located in Maroussi.

Main Responsibilities


  • Performs the identification, valuation and analysis of potential RES M&A targets
  • Prepares and updates financial models and other tools used in various deals stages
  • Performs the due diligence reviewing process
  • Prepares Info Memoranda or similar documents in the context of disposal mandates
  • Supports negotiations and works closely with all stakeholders on deals structuring and financial offers preparation
  • Supports project management of company’s RES M&A projects to ensure reliable and timely transaction preparation and execution

Main Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering or related field
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or MBA will be preferred
  • At least 3 years professional experience in a corporate transactions-related role, with at least 1 years’ experience with large manufacturing, RES or oil companies
  • Extensive experience in building and analyzing complex financial models
  • Experience in M&A transactions
  • Deep understanding of RES key business and operational drivers
  • Excellent command of the Greek and English language (oral and written)
  • Accounting or similar professional qualifications (ACCA, CFA etc.) will be preferred
