We are currently searching to hire a Compensation & Benefits Associate to join our team, in Marousi premises.

Main Responsibilities

 

  • Participates in all stages of the Job Evaluation (JE) & Grading process (JE interviews, JE, Grading, Job Families etc.)
  • Assists in the designing of various compensation and benefits schemes / policies (e.g. bonus scheme, car policy) and prepares relevant analysis to ensure that what has been designed in line with market practice and MOH group’s strategy
  • Utilizes groups’ HR data to create /update system-based dashboards / reports in coordination with IT or excel based ad-hoc reports
  • Monitors the terms of pension plans for all Group’s Companies and proposes changes to support various business needs
  • Administers the annual salary review and the variable pay processes
  • Ensures group’s participation in selected Salary Surveys, by preparing for submission the appropriate data and handling the communication with Salary Survey vendors
  • Performs various administrational tasks relevant to C&B, Org. charts and HR Policies / manuals, in cooperation with HR Administration / Operations teams

Main Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or other numerical discipline
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or other related degree will be preferred 
  • 2 years of experience in C&B and/or OD field as an HR consultant or relevant HR position will be considered as an asset
  • Familiarity in SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors will be preferred 
  • Certification in a Job Evaluation Methodology will be considered as an asset
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Fluency in English and Greek (verbal and written)
