Starting with the role:
We are looking for a Head of Rewards to join our team!
During your day you will:
- Lead the Job Evaluation (JE) and Grading processes for Motor Oil and subsidiaries, ensuring that all positions and the grading system are properly maintained and updated.
- Overview Compensation & Benefits schemes design and provid implementation guidance for all Motor Oil group companies.
- Set in-depth benchmarking processes in market data (from salary surveys), to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness regarding group’s pay & benefits schemes.
- Oversee the existing terms of pension plans for all Motor Oil group’s companies, support the development / design phase of a new pension plan for a Motor Oil group company and propose changes to support various business needs.
- Review the creation, implementation and monitoring actions regarding employee pay and benefits policies, to keep them competitive and legally compliant.
- Provide advice in various ad – hoc projects / needs (e.g. ad-hoc HR reporting, risk management reporting, ESG reporting, Audit Findings follow up).
What you need to stand out:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Studies, Engineering or other numerate discipline.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics or similar discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in an HR Consulting, C&B or HR related position
- Experience in a standard Job Evaluation method.
- Experience in implementing C&B programs / schemes
- Strong working knowledge of HRMS (SAP, BW etc)
- Advanced MS Office knowledge, especially Excel
- Fluency in English and Greek (verbal & written)
