Starting with the role:

Currently we are searching to hire a Designer who will collaborate with engineers to conceptualize, design, and develop innovative solutions across various projects and overall supporting the Engineering Team with all aspects related to electrical and civil engineering of RES Projects, from project licensing and development stage until the construction and commissioning.

During your day you will:

• Create detailed design concepts, sketches, prototypes, and drawings using software tools and traditional methods
• Develop and refine product designs based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring feasibility, functionality, and aesthetic appeal
• Work closely with teams across Renewables and Project Development Departments to align designs with technical specifications and manufacturing guidelines
• Conduct research on emerging design trends, materials, and technologies to enhance product innovation
• Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize solutions
• Implement and maintain document management policies and procedures
• Update and manage a document database or library, ensuring that documents are properly archived and indexed
• Support the preparation of technical specifications and attends site visits, FAT, and SAT as required

What you need to stand out:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in the Renewable Energy Sector (Wind Farms or PVs)
• Proven experience as a designer or similar role, preferably in renewable energy projects
• Experience in document preparation and handling
• Excellent command of the Greek and English language (oral and written)
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD or similar tools, and MS Office
