Starting with the role:

We are seeking for a highly skilled Management Accountant/Financial Reporting Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and demonstrate expertise in financial management and reporting.

During your day you will:

  • Conduct thorough financial analysis to support decision-making processes and provide insights for strategic planning.
  • Prepare comprehensive management reports.
  • Participate in the preparation of Group’s annual and interim Financial Statements, gradually taking ownership of particular workstreams.
  • Implement and monitor internal control procedures to safeguard financial integrity.
  • Facilitate external and internal audits, ensuring compliance with IFRS and other regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in financial reporting and accounting procedures.

What you need to stand out:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, DipIFR) is highly valued.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting and financial management, preferably gained in a relevant industry (Energy Sector).
  • Strong understanding of IFRS and its application in financial reporting.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in analytical and reporting tools, advanced Excel (including VBA), and ERP systems (SAP/SAP BW preferred).
  • Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting systems is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English.
