Starting with the role:
Currently, we are searching to hire a Master Records Data Administrator To create, maintain and ensure appropriate master data accuracy and quality, in a fast-paced retail and e-commerce environment, based on best practices
During your day you will:
- Implement master data governance policies and procedures to ensure consistent and accurate data across the company
- Be responsible for the master data creation and maintenance process
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and rectify discrepancies in data, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain data accuracy
- Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to integrate systems, streamline data flows, and enhance overall data management efficiency
- Assist in extracting accurate and reliable data for decision-making
- Continuously identifie opportunities for process improvement within the master data management workflow, driving efficiency gains and reducing error rates and risks
What you need to stand out:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, business Administration or other related field
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting / retail operations or master data management, preferably in the retail or e-commerce sector
- Master degree in a relevant field will be considered an asset
- Fluency in English (proficiency in writing, reading, speaking)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of SAP functionalities and processes
