Starting with the role:
Currently, we are searching to hire an NFR (non-fuel retail) Business Development Specialist to drive strategic growth through innovative proposals, enhancing the Coffee and Carwash categories and lead impactful projects within the AVIN’s Owned Retail Network (RBA).
During your day you will:
- Drive delivery of Carwash & Coffee sales performance according to the plan
- Work with retailers and RBA team to enforce compliance on all AVIN strategies
- Ensure alignment between the NFR team and the RBA Sales organization
- Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to achieve business objectives & annual growth
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies
- Provide input into annual marketing planning process
- Plan, execute and evaluate promotional campaigns to drive customer engagement
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively
- Assure operational excellence
- Utilize available technologies for business optimization like online booking platforms etc.
- Deliver assigned new business development projects with high quality of implementation, within dedicated timeline and budget
- Propose and design projects or new collaborations leveraging best practices from existing or benchmark markets
- Act as a focal point with key partners / leading companies and sales team
- Collaborate with working teams from different sectors (Sales, IT, Finance etc)
What you need to stand out:
- Bachelor’s University degree preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or any other relevant field
- Master’s degree in one of the abovementioned disciplines will be considered an asset.
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience in commercial/ BD/ project management roles
- Experience in Retail Trade or FMCG will be an asset
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
- IT savvy (excel, ppt, power BI, SAP)
